Manufacturer Warranty—Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer.  Please contact us for information about the warranties for specific manufacturers. 

Extended Warranties

Fabric Protection:  an extended warranty that covers the fabric for 10 years; the plan covers accidental rips, tears, stains, and cigarette burns

Leather Care: an extended warranty that covers the leather for 7 years; it protects against stains, accidental rips, tears, cigarette burns, cracking, peeling, ballpoint pen ink, or lipstick

Wood Care: extended warranty that covers scratches, heat marks, food stains, glass breakage, warping, chipping, cracking, cigarette burns, and broken wooden legs.

Layaway Policy— our layaway policy is for a three month period

First 1/3 paid in first month

Second 1/3 paid in second month

Final 1/3 paid in third month

Buyer layaways are not subject to cancellation.  Payments must be made on schedule or proceeds of prior payments are forfeited.

All layaways must be paid in full prior to delivery of furniture

Delivery Times— We try our best to get furniture to our customer as soon as possible.  Anything bought off the floor can be delivered within a few days, depending on the current delivery schedule.  We deliver Monday thru Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm.  In addition, we deliver on Saturday between 9:00am and 2:00pm.  If furniture is on special order, once it comes in we open it, inspect it and get it out to our customers as quickly as possible. 

Coupon and Discount Policy— No discounts, sales, or coupons can be combined.  If a discount requires a minimum, the minimum does not include delivery or tax.
